We developed a customized solution from planning to implementation for the cinema operator and the owner, which includes smart designed room concepts and multi-disciplinary technical expansion/ development plans adapted to each specific auditorium size. We made major improvements on walking distances, maximum number of seats and floor space in different areas, without compromising comfort.

The existing structural plans for this building complex presented a number of unique challenges. Our integrated detailed plans successfully dealt with these challenges by optimizing the existing structure and implementing practical solutions. We improved visibility, adapted room acoustics to the specific auditorium dimensions and sound systems in all theatres. We also installed state-of-the-art “D box motion seats” in Theatre 1 and 7, for a truly extraordinary movie experience.
